How do I unsubscribe?

We hate to see you go! Cancel your subscription via our website by:

1. Logging into kweliTV
2. Select your username in the menu.
3. Click "Billing Information"
4. Select to cancel your subscription
5. Confirm the changes

If you subscribed via a mobile or connected TV device, you will need to cancel within those apps. Links are below on directions for each device:

Note: If you subscribed to kweliTV through your cable provider, such as Comcast Xfinity and Cox Communications, you will need to cancel through your cable provider.
