Here are the instructions to update your old password in website,

  • Go to https://www.kweli.tv/forgot
  • Enter your email ID associated with Example: abc@gmail.com
  • Hit the Send Instructions button
  • Now check the email inbox (abc@gmail.com) and you would be received an email with the 4-digit verification code (OTP - One Time Password)
  • Enter the code in the input field
  • Hit the Verify code button
  • Now enter the new password that you to update and retype the password to confirm it
  • Hit the Reset password button
  • Now enter your email ID and the updated password and start using our website and apps.

MOBILE APPS

Here are the instructions to update your old password in Mobile apps:

  • Install the updated apps
  • Go to Left Menu > select Login
  • Select Forgot Password? Reset option
  • Enter your email ID associated with Example: abc@gmail.com
  • Hit the Send Instructions button
  • Now check the email inbox (abc@gmail.com) and you would be received an email with the 4-digit verification code (OTP - One Time Password)
  • Tap the input field and enter the code in it.  
  • Hit the Verify OTP button
  • Now enter the new password that you to update and retype the password to confirm it
  • Hit the Reset password button
  • Now enter your email ID and the updated password and start using our Mobile apps.

CTV APPS

  • Enter the Email ID associated with kweliTV in SignIN page and select Forgot password button
  • Now. Select Confirm button to send the Forgot Password instruction to the Email ID you entered
  • You would receive an email with password reset instructions
  • Select the Reset Password button
    • If you are accessing the email in desktop, selecting the Reset password button will open in the website
    •  Enter your email ID associated with Example: abc@gmail.com
    • Hit the Send Instructions button
    • Now check the email inbox (abc@gmail.com) and you would be received an email with the 4-digit verification code (OTP - One Time Password)
    • Enter the code in the input field
  • Hit the Verify code button
  • Now enter the new password that you to update and retype the password to confirm it
  • Hit the Reset password button
  • Now enter your email ID and the updated password and start using our CTV apps—------------
  • If you are accessing the email in mobile application, selecting the Reset password button, it will ask you choose an option to open the page in Browser or Mobile app for the first time
  • Based on the selection, it will either open in mobile browser or in the mobile app.
  • Enter your email ID associated with Example: abc@gmail.com
  • Hit the Send Instructions button
  • Now check the email inbox (abc@gmail.com) and you would be received an email with the 4-digit verification code (OTP - One Time Password)
  • Tap the input field and enter the code in it.

  • Now enter the new password that you to update and retype the password to confirm it
  • Hit the Reset password button
  • Now enter your email ID and the updated password and start using our CTV apps.
