How do I add my gift card or coupon to my account?

1. Visit kweliTV's gift card redemption page: http://kweli.tv/gift_card_redemption/new
2. Make sure you are logged in. You can click "create an account" on the screen or click here if you don't have one.
3. Enter the redemption code you received via email.
4. Enter your name and email address under "Recipient's Name" and "Recipient's Email".
5. Click “Claim Gift Card".
6. The balance on the gift card should be added to your account. You can view your current balance by visiting this page while logged in: http://kweli.tv/billingInfo

NOTE: If you use a gift card that has a value less than $6 for a monthly subscription or less than $50 for an annual subscription, our system will require a credit card on file since the gift will be less than the subscription plan(s). You WILL NOT be charged during the duration of the gift. When your gift card balance runs out, you can continue your subscription or simply unsubscribe. If you choose to discontinue your subscription at the duration of your gift, visit your account dashboard: https://www.kweli.tv/dashboard.

Gift cards are redeemable on any new and current/active subscription except for subscribers who signed up, subscribed, and are billed via an app such as iTunes/iOS, Google Play/Android, and Roku, etc. Third-party apps have restrictions on gift cards since your billing goes through them and not kweliTV.
